Approval & Payment Process

• All Life Membership applications are subject to approval by the TISI Sangam Council of Management.

• Your Life Membership Number will be issued only after approval has been granted.

• Once approved, applicants will be notified by phone using the contact number provided in the application.

• Payment instructions will be given after approval.

Membership Fee

• Life Membership Fee: FJD $40.00

• Payment is made only after approval by the Council of Management.

• All payments are payable to TISI Sangam Head Office.

TISI Sangam, through the Sangam Fiji Foundation, provides funeral assistance as a contribution towards supporting members and their families during times of bereavement. This assistance reflects Sangam’s long-standing commitment to care, compassion, and community responsibility.

Members or beneficiaries seeking funeral assistance are required to complete the Funeral Assistance Application Form and submit it with all necessary supporting documents for endorsement and approval.

Required Documents:

Please ensure the following documents are attached to the completed form:

• Death notification from the hospital or an official death certificate

• Valid photo identification of the beneficiary

All applications require endorsement at the District level and final approval by the Sangam Fiji Foundation before assistance can be processed.

Funeral Assistance

Subsistence & Travel Expense Claims

TISI Sangam provides reimbursement for approved subsistence and travel expenses incurred by members, office bearers, or officials while carrying out official Sangam duties.

Individuals who have incurred eligible expenses during authorised engagements may submit a claim using the official Subsistence and Travel Expenses Claim Form.

How to Submit a Claim

1. Complete the claim form with accurate personal and engagement details.

2. Clearly list all expenses being claimed and attach original receipts where required.

3. Ensure the form is properly certified and approved by the relevant authority.

4. Submit the completed form for processing and payment.

Only expenses incurred for official Sangam activities will be considered, and all claims are subject to verification and approval before reimbursement.
